A Safe Place for Youth

Our mission is to promote mental health and resiliency in youth, helping them and their families navigate service pathways to a happy and healthier life.

As a community resource dedicated to ending silence around suicide and suicidal ideation, we know the importance of giving youth safe and consistent opportunities to reach out and seek support.

If this is an immediate emergency, please speak to someone like your friends, family, your doctor or call 911.  If you need more information on where help could be, follow one of the links below.  Most importantly, know that you are not alone on this journey and there are many of us here that want to help.

About Cody's House

Cody’s House exists to promote mental health and resilience in Simcoe County and Oro-Medonte youth aged 12 -19. It is Our Mission to help youth and their families navigate the mental health service pathways available in our region, and to promote the personal resilience important to self-care and mental wellness over a lifetime.

We are part of a community dedicated to decreasing suicide, suicidal ideation and poor mental health in our youth. As such, we are passionate about connecting youth to programs that help develop a high degree of personal resilience. We understand that helping youth develop life skills and investigate their passions fosters this resilience to change or trauma, as well as self- confidence and a sense of self worth. Developing these interest and skills for self-care results in youth and adults who are better prepared for success throughout their lifetime.

Help us help our youth!
